Job Description We are seeking a Growth Creatives Designer to craft high-impact, data-driven visual assets that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role is perfect for a creative thinker who understands the balance between aesthetics and performance, using design to influence behavior and improve conversion rates. You will collaborate with growth marketers, product teams, and data analysts to create visually compelling assets for ads, landing pages, and in-app experiences.
As a Growth Creatives Designer, you will continuously test, iterate, and optimize creative assets based on performance insights, ensuring that every design delivers measurable results.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design high-performing marketing creatives, landing pages, banners, and in-app graphics.

  • Develop motion graphics, GIFs, animations, and micro-interactions to enhance engagement and conversion.

  • Create compelling A/B test variations to optimize design performance and improve key growth metrics.

  • Adapt and localize creative assets for different platforms, user segments, and campaign needs.

  • Design interactive and personalized user experiences that improve conversion rates and retention.

  • Ensure all creatives align with brand identity, UX principles, and data-driven performance insights.

  • Work closely with growth managers, product designers to align visuals with campaign goals and user experience best practices.

  • Use analytics, heatmaps, and behavioral data to inform design decisions and improve creative effectiveness.

  • Continuously optimize designs based on performance data, testing insights, and evolving growth strategies.

  • Push the boundaries of creative storytelling to create unique, thumb-stopping visuals that resonate with users.

  • Stay updated on the latest design trends, growth marketing strategies, and consumer psychology insights.

  • Explore AI-assisted design tools, automation, and emerging design technologies to scale creative output.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in growth design, performance marketing design, or a related role.

  • Ability to balance creativity with performance, designing assets that are both engaging and conversion-focused.

  • Passion for storytelling, experimentation, and growth hacking through design.

  • Experience designing for multi-platform campaigns, including social media ads, email marketing, CRM campaigns, and in-app engagements.

  • Experience in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Canva, and Sketch. Motion design and video editing experience (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of performance marketing creatives, UI/UX principles, and digital campaign best practices.

  • Proficiency in HTML and CSS, with the ability to build and customize responsive digital creatives, email templates, and web-based experiences.
