The Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing marketing materials across a wide range of media to support Genesis Health Clubs’ internal departments, campaigns, events, and digital channels. This creative role will support the visual identity of the Genesis brand while balancing both strategic and fast-paced execution needs across print, digital, and social platforms.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Design marketing collateral including (but not limited to) brochures, flyers, digital ads, email graphics, posters, signage, web assets, and promotional items.
  • Create engaging visuals for use across social media, website, and in-club screens.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to concept and execute campaigns across all club departments: Personal Training, Group Fitness, Aquatics, Pilates, Tennis, and more.
  • Develop and maintain brand consistency in all creative projects, ensuring alignment with company standards.
  • Work with the Social Media and Event teams to develop visual content for in-club promotions and online engagement campaigns.
  • Support creative needs for seasonal campaigns, club openings, member programs (e.g., GPerks), referral drives, and special events.
  • Prep files for production and coordinate with print vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery.
  • Stay current on design trends, health and fitness industry standards, and emerging visual platforms.
  • Participate in brainstorming meetings and provide creative direction or input when needed.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of professional design experience (in-house or agency preferred).
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); working knowledge of Canva and video editing tools is a plus.
  • Strong eye for layout, typography, color, and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to balance creativity with brand consistency and campaign goals.
  • Understanding of file prep for both digital and print deliverables.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and feedback-integration skills.
  • Available to work evenings and weekends for club events or campaign deadlines when needed.
