Qualifications minimales

We're looking for a Senior Experience Designer to join our IGS group. This team is responsible for delivering intuitive, powerful experiences that help professionals across industries visualize and collaborate effectively on complex design and make projects, across mobile, web, and VR experiences. These capabilities enable users to review models, manage design and construction processes, and make informed decisions.

As Senior Experience Designer, you will bring strong interaction design skills, user focus, and craft to shape visualization capabilities and in-product workflows.

In this role, you'll thrive in complex environments, collaborating across disciplines to deliver elegant, intuitive solutions that define the standard for visualization experiences. You'll lead with creativity and systems thinking, leverage design systems, and explore emerging technologies to drive innovation and craft user experiences that delight and inspire.

This person will report to a UX Manager in the IGS org. The location of this role is Montreal, Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Design impactful, consistent experiences across the visualization platform

  • Tackle complex challenges with creativity and systems thinking

  • Leverage AI tools in your design process

  • Craft precise, intuitive interactions that balance user delight with business impact

  • Partner with UX Research and leverage data and analytics to uncover insights that inform design decisions

  • Champion human-centered interaction design, from ideation to prototyping and testing

  • Collaborate cross-functionallywith designers, product managers, and engineers

  • Communicate design rationale through storytelling, presentations, and iterative artefacts, inspiring alignment

  • Explore emerging technologies, including AI-driven interfaces, motion design, and animation, to innovate future experiences

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of UX design experience working as a UX designer

  • Strong interaction design skills and craft

  • Previous experience working on SaaS products

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills

  • Experience with industry standard tools like Figma

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience designing for complex creative applications, 3D tools, gaming, or visualization platforms

  • Understanding of AEC workflows and Autodesk tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Forma
