We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who thrives in a creative environment and is passionate about crafting high-quality visual materials across print and digital. From brand identity to display mockups and editorial layouts, you’ll contribute to projects that are both visually compelling and strategically impactful.

Working within our multidisciplinary creative team, where architecture, 3D rendering, print, and digital intersect, you’ll find endless opportunities to collaborate, innovate, and push creative boundaries. You help ensure our visual identity remains consistent, premium, and distinctive while continuously finding new ways to improve the quality, efficiency, and impact of our creative output.

What You’ll Own

Brand Design & Visual Communication

  • Translate brand strategy and project requirements into compelling visual concepts that inspire, inform, and engage target audiences.
  • Help evolve and strengthen Techo-Bloc’s visual identity by contributing ideas, creative concepts, and design solutions that elevate the brand across every touchpoint.
  • Design and produce a wide range of print and digital assets, including catalogs, brochures, digital advertisements, sales tools, merchandising materials, signage, campaign assets, and other brand communications.
  • Bring a strong sense of visual taste, typography, layout, and design trends to every project while maintaining consistency with Techo-Bloc’s brand standards.

Content & Digital Design

  • Create visually engaging digital and social media content aligned with current social trends and platform best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to create materials that clearly communicate product features, benefits, and specifications.
  • Contribute to the development of visual content that supports brand storytelling and enhances the customer experience across digital platforms.

Production Excellence

  • Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards through rigorous quality control and attention to detail.
  • Prepare final artwork for print production, ensuring all files meet technical and production specifications.
  • Apply a strong understanding of print production, pre-press requirements, and color management.
  • Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities while maintaining a high standard of creative execution.

Innovation & Creative Growth

  • Stay up to date with emerging design trends, tools, and creative techniques.
  • Proactively identify new ways to elevate the brand and improve the quality of creative output.
  • Explore and integrate AI-powered creative tools and workflows that improve efficiency, unlock new creative possibilities, and support the evolution of our design process.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design.
  • Bilingual – French & English (due to frequent communication with employees in Quebec, Ontario, and the United States).
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Bridge. Figma and After Effects are considered assets).
  • Experience with data merge and script functions in InDesign to streamline catalog and price list creation.
  • Ability to leverage AI-powered design and automation tools to enhance efficiency, improve workflows, and optimize content creation (Nano Banana, MidJourney, CoPilot, Claude AI).
  • Strong understanding of print production, pre-press, and color management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and logistics while maintaining creative excellence.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills to bring designs from concept to reality.
  • A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills to work effectively across departments.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in typography, layout design, visual storytelling, branding, and both print and digital execution.
