Coaches, directs, recognizes outstanding behavior, and establishes priorities for Team Members during their shift. Trains Team Members on policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with food safety, security, quality, and cleanliness standards. Will Open and/or close the restaurant. Creates and ensures superior guest experiences. Contributes to the achievement of cost and profit goals.
