Job Description:
Role Overview:
  • A hands-on technical lead who owns end-to-end delivery of the CSoI migration to Mosaiq.
  • Acts as the bridge between Western Asset Management business stakeholders and the offshore engineering pod - translating regulatory-capital requirements into a clear technical plan, tracking execution in JIRA, and keeping the Mosaiq platform team and WAM aligned on scope, risk and timeline while providing day-to-day technical direction.

What We're Looking for:
  • 8+ years in software delivery, including cloud / Kubernetes migrations
  • Strong requirement analysis & stakeholder communication skills
  • Proficient with JIRA / Confluence and Agile (Scrum/Kanban) delivery
  • Technical depth in application architecture, data migration & CI/CD
  • Able to lead and review the work of an offshore developer team

Responsibilities:
  • Own delivery plan, scope & milestones; track execution in JIRA (boards, sprints, burndown)
  • Translate WAM requirements into technical work items & acceptance criteria
  • Primary liaison to Mosaiq platform team & WAM stakeholders; report status, risks & dependencies
  • Provide technical direction on Mosaiq K8s/Helm deployment, OKTA auth & Bamboo CI/CD • Steer Oracle → PostgreSQL migration approach, data reconciliation & parity testing • Govern offshore delivery: code reviews, quality gates & cutover readiness
