  • Practice Setting: primarily outpatient, very minimal inpatient
  • Monday-Friday (9 hour days)
  • Adult & Geriatric patients
  • 50% Hem / 50% Onc
  • 2 Radiation Oncologists in practice
  • 4 APPs in practice
  • 12-16 patients per day
  • EMR: Mosaiq
  • Open to H-1B and J-1 visa candidates
  • Not accepting Locums candidates
ALL OF THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED AT NAME CLEAR UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE.
  • Board Eligible (must become BC within 3 years of eligibility) or Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology OR Internal Medicine with subspecialty certification in Hematology/Oncology (must be ABIM or AOBIM) - REQUIRED
  • Iowa license or IMLC (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
  • BLS (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
  • DEA certification - Verbal Confirmation (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
  • CDS certification (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
