Job description

Purpose and Scope

This position works with the Quality Control Manager for pre- and post-closing quality control, investor post purchase requests, mortgage insurance company and investor audit responses.

Functions: General
  • Review and clear pre- and post-closing quality control exceptions for Total Mortgage;
  • Update and monitor tracking and trending reports from loan file reviews;
  • Review and clear post-purchase audit requests from investors, mortgage insurance companies and agencies;
  • Assist with target testing and monitoring based on quality control findings;
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by manager.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct business in compliance with all state and federal regulations;
  • Set personal goals for growth within Total Mortgage structure;
  • Take a proactive approach to learning;
  • Meet goals set by Total Mortgage.

  • 3-5 years’ related experience, Underwriting Experience a plus
Hours for position

M-F 9am-5pm
This position may require frequent additional hours, at times on a daily basis; must be available to work additional hours on short notice as determined by management to meet customer service and investor requirements
