Position Summary:
Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist ACU's members with obtaining real estate secured loans by guiding them through the mortgage process, understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions, and creating sustainable relationships through excellent member service experiences.
  • Assist ACU's business members with obtaining commercial real estate secured loans and other business loans by guiding them through the process, understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions, and creating sustainable relationships through excellent member service experiences.
  • Utilize active listening skills to understand member needs as they relate to the real estate and business lending process.
  • Maintain an active and organized pipeline of pending loans by effectively managing the process.
  • Create a great member experience and solidify ACU loyalty by effectively responding to member needs with both service and sales channels. This includes being proactive with members and offering solutions to members as they relate to their relationship with ACU.
  • Manage risk scenarios by utilizing sound judgement, high ethics, and prudence built upon an extensive knowledge of ACU policies and procedures.
  • Be a brand ambassador in all interactions with members, centers of influences, employees, ACU board members, and volunteers.
  • Actively participate in all required compliance and behavioral skill training that equip one for excellent job performance
  • Utilize available resources such as outbound calls, financial wellness conversations, targeted outreach campaigns and center of influence activities to capitalize on each member interaction.
  • Use resources to effectively network with area realtors and entrepreneurs to build community partnerships.
  • Other duties as requested by Senior Leadership or manager.

Education & Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required; 2+ years of college preferred
