Job description

About the Company

At Morales Professional, we believe careers are more than jobs, they are opportunities to build better futures. As part of Morales Group, an award-winning staffing and talent solutions organization, we are committed to connecting exceptional people with organizations where they can grow, contribute, and thrive. If you're looking for a company that values integrity, collaboration, continuous improvement, and people-first leadership, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

We’re partnering with a growing organization on a high-visibility operational and office migration and are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the initiative from kickoff through stabilization. The ideal candidate will come from insurance or a related regulated/financial-services industry and have previous experience managing an office, business-unit, operational, or post-acquisition migration. This is not simply a project-tracking role. You’ll be the person connecting the dots across multiple departments, keeping dependencies visible, anticipating risks, and ensuring the transition stays on schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a complex office and operational migration involving multiple business functions and locations
  • Coordinate workstreams across IT, Operations, Finance, HR and other key departments
  • Build and maintain the overall migration plan, milestones, dependencies and critical deadlines
  • Manage the sequencing of employee, technology and operational transitions
  • Lead project meetings and provide concise updates to executive leadership
  • Identify risks early and develop practical mitigation plans
  • Hold workstream leaders accountable for deliverables and deadlines
  • Track project budget, open decisions and critical handoffs
  • Drive the migration through final stabilization and project close-out

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Project Management experience
  • Ideally, experience within insurance, financial services, banking, healthcare or another regulated industry
  • Previous experience successfully managing an office migration, operational migration, business integration or post-acquisition transition
  • Experience coordinating multiple departments during a complex transition
  • Strong executive-level communication and stakeholder-management skills
  • Ability to step into a fast-moving environment and immediately bring structure, accountability and organization
  • Experience with IT and HR migrations/transitions is highly desirable
  • PMP or equivalent certification is a plus

Pay range and compensation package: 70$-80/hr
