Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Temporary Accounts Payable (AP) Accounting Specialist to support our accounting team during a busy period. This role is responsible for processing invoices, reconciling vendor accounts, and ensuring timely and accurate payment processing.


Key Responsibilities

  • Process vendor invoices and expense reports accurately and efficiently 
  • Match purchase orders, invoices, and receipts 
  • Prepare and process weekly check runs and ACH payments 
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies 
  • Respond to vendor inquiries in a professional and timely manner 
  • Maintain accurate AP records and filing systems 
  • Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable
