Job description

Join the Wild Side: Become a Guest Services Agent at Palm Beach Zoo!

Are you ready to trade your boring job for a day filled with roaring excitement, feathered friends, and the occasional monkey business? At Palm Beach Zoo, we're not just about animals; we're about creating unforgettable experiences for our guests-and that starts with you!

What You'll Do:

As a Guest Services Agent, you're the face of the zoo-the first smile guests see and the last wave goodbye. Your days will be as diverse as our animal kingdom:

  • Greet guests with enthusiasm and a dash of humor - we provide uncommon service to our visitors.
  • Process ticket and membership sales smoothly and efficiently
  • Operate the carousel and Lorikeet Loft (bird whispering skills a plus).
  • Address guest questions and concerns with the patience of a sloth (but faster)
