As an Infrastructure Engineer within PNC's Technology organization, you can be based in Pittsburgh PA, Strongsville OH, Birmingham AL, Phoenix AZ or Dallas TX.

Looking for a self-motivated individual to join a team of System Administrators maintaining and supporting critical applications and processes to PNC. This individual will have direct interaction with multiple areas within IT and be responsible for keeping up-to-date with latest technologies as it relates to infrastructure and ETL capabilities. The right candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to multitask important project deliverables and communicate effectively.
As an Infrastructure Engineer (ETL Administrator) you will be required to install and configure Informatica software components across multiple environments and to partner with MIS project teams to understand project requirements and provide input to various solutions to ensure they align to Enterprise Architecture and ETL standards. In addition, this position will require general platform support - including troubleshooting, issue resolution and on-call duties.
Responsibilities may include:
- Install and configure Informatica software
- Maintain or perform system upgrades, including patches
- Configure LDAP for authentication
- Configure security (User/Groups, Roles, File system level) per security design
- Support development teams (both on and offshore)
- Work with vendor on issue resolution
- Troubleshooting, incident root-cause analysis and resolution
- Coordinate problem resolution across responsible groups, including server support, network, databases and security.
- Develop and publish platform documentation
- Enforce security policies
- Troubleshooting ETL job performance on a Linux platform
- Work to meet Disaster Recovery RTO and RPO objectives
Experience:
Informatica Data Management Cloud Administration (IICS/IDMC - Cloud Data Integration focus) - 5+ Years preferred
Informatica PowerCenter - 5+ Years preferred
Informatica PowerExchange (z/OS VSAM and CDC AS/400 focus) - 3+ Years preferred
