Job description

Registered Nurse

Atlanta GA region

Pay From: $45 Per Hour

MUST
  • 3+years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Georgia
  • Flexible to work Monday thru Friday 30-40 hours per week
  • Must have strong experience in one of the following: ICU/CCU, Trauma ER, Interventional Radiology or Interventional/Vascular Access, or Cardiac Cath Lab
  • Strong IV skills
  • EMR
  • ACLS certified
  • Bachelors Degree preferred
DUTIES
  • Provides direct nursing care pre, during and post procedure
  • Start IVs and administer medications light sedation
  • Obtain medical history and review procedures
  • Assess patients
  • Provide patient education regarding post procedure care
  • Monitor patient condition before, during and after the procedure including patients having moderate sedation and contrast
  • Complete detailed patient documentationConfirm written orders, consents and lab work are completed
  • Provide direct support to physicians during procedures and maintain a sterile technique.
  • Perform laboratory tests
