Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as an in-home assessment specialist. As a 1099 contractor, you will conduct comprehensive 60-90 day client assessments throughout the Metro Atlanta area. Your primary responsibility will be to evaluate patient health status, needs, and care plans, and communicate assessment findings to the care team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive 60-90 day in-home client assessments
• Evaluate patient health status, needs, and care plans
• Communicate assessment findings to the care team
• Provide skilled nursing care as needed, including:
+ Medication management
+ Wound care
+ Catheter and tube feeding care
+ Diabetes management/insulin administration
+ Colostomy, ileostomy, and urostomy care
+ IV therapy and other skilled nursing duties

Qualifications:

• Current and valid RN license in the state of Georgia
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience; home care experience preferred
• Strong assessment and clinical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently with clients in their homes
• Reliable transportation for travel throughout Metro Atlanta
