Where you'll work...
This position is based at Palermo's headquarters in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
You'll split your time between the office, manufacturing facilities, and warehouse operations while partnering with Information Technology, Engineering, Operations, and executive leadership to strengthen cybersecurity and infrastructure across the enterprise.
What you'll do...
As the Senior Manager, Cybersecurity & Infrastructure, you'll provide strategic leadership for Palermo's cybersecurity program while ensuring the reliability, security, and resilience of our enterprise technology environment.
Responsibilities include:
  • Leading enterprise cybersecurity strategy, governance, risk management, and compliance initiatives.
  • Overseeing cybersecurity operations, vulnerability management, incident response, and disaster recovery planning.
  • Securing enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, network architecture, and Operational Technology (OT) environments.
  • Developing cybersecurity policies, standards, and best practices aligned with recognized industry frameworks.
  • Leading cybersecurity planning for manufacturing systems, automation projects, and technology implementations.
  • Building and developing a high-performing Cybersecurity & Infrastructure team.
  • Partnering with Operations, Engineering, and executive leadership to strengthen organizational resilience and support business objectives.
  • Evaluating emerging technologies and cybersecurity solutions that improve enterprise protection and operational effectiveness.

What you'll bring...
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Eight or more years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, network infrastructure, or IT operations.
  • Three or more years of leadership experience managing technical teams or enterprise security initiatives.
  • Experience implementing cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST CSF, CIS Controls, or ISO 27001.
  • Strong expertise in cybersecurity governance, cloud security, network infrastructure, identity management, and incident response.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, food production, or other industrial environments.
  • Experience securing Operational Technology (OT) or Industrial Control Systems (ICS).
  • Experience leading cybersecurity transformation or digital modernization initiatives.
  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GSEC, GICSP, Security+, CySA+, CCNA, CCNP Security, Microsoft Security certifications (SC-200, SC-300, AZ-500), or equivalent industry credentials.
