Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and sort tires based on established quality criteria
  • Remove defective or non-compliant tires from inventory
  • Ensure all culled tires meet safety and quality standards
  • Maintain accurate records of culled products
  • Communicate quality or quantity issues with team and supervisors

Requirements & Skills:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of manufacturing experience
  • 12 months of forklift and buck truck experience
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects in tires
  • Physical stamina for fast-paced work

Work Environment & Physical Demands:
This role operates in a high-heat, dusty, and noisy manufacturing setting. Must be comfortable working in an industrial environment. Expect prolonged standing, repetitive movements, and lifting up to 60 lbs. PPE provided.
