- Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
- Conversion: Eligible for permanent hire after approximately 6 months based on performance and attendance
- Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM
- Pay Rate: $18.00-$20.00 per hour (based on experience and client interview)

Job Summary
Our client in Carrollton, TX is seeking detail-oriented Cable Assemblers to join their manufacturing team. This position involves assembling fiber optic cables using small components and specialized assembly techniques. Candidates must have excellent manual dexterity and experience working with small parts in a production or manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities
- Assemble fiber optic cable components according to work instructions and production specifications.
- Perform braiding, shielding, and end connector installation on fiber optic cable assemblies.
- Work with small parts and delicate components while maintaining quality standards.
- Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy and workmanship.
- Use hand tools and assembly equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain production goals while ensuring product quality.
- Keep work area clean and organized.
- Follow all company safety and manufacturing procedures.
Required Experience
- Minimum 1-2 years of assembly experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Experience assembling small parts or electronic components.
- Experience following detailed work instructions and quality standards.
Nice-to-Have Experience
- Fiber optic cable assembly experience.
- Electronic or electrical assembly experience.
- IPC or cable assembly certification (preferred but not required).
- Experience using precision hand tools.
