Now Hiring: Dual Site Maintenance Supervisor Willow Run & Tartan Place - Fayetteville, NC

Monarch Investment & Management Group is looking for a Dual Site Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at Willow Run and Tartan Place in Fayetteville, NC.

This is a hands-on leadership position for an experienced maintenance professional who knows how to keep a property running, lead a maintenance team, and get work orders and apartment turns completed the right way.

What You'll Do

As the Dual Site Maintenance Supervisor, you'll oversee maintenance operations at both communities and work closely with the Property Managers to keep the properties in good condition.

  • Lead, train, and supervise the maintenance teams at both properties

  • Prioritize and complete service requests and work orders

  • Oversee apartment Make Ready/Turn processes and ensure units are ready for move-in

  • Perform and oversee preventive maintenance

  • Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and other building systems

  • Work with Property Managers on maintenance budgets, planning, and purchasing

  • Monitor property grounds, buildings, and common areas for maintenance needs

  • Handle interior and exterior painting, staining, drywall, carpentry, and other repairs as needed

  • Maintain inventory of parts, supplies, and tools

  • Help ensure both properties remain safe, clean, and well maintained

  • Participate in the on-call rotation

What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of apartment or property maintenance experience

  • Previous maintenance leadership or supervisory experience preferred

  • HVAC experience required, including AC, electrical, and forced-air systems

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to prioritize work across two communities

  • Good communication and leadership skills

  • Ability to work independently while coordinating with Property Managers and maintenance teams

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Hands-On Experience With
  • HVAC and air conditioning

  • Electrical outlets, switches, fixtures, and troubleshooting

  • Plumbing, including sweating copper pipe

  • Gas and electric water heaters

  • Appliance repair

  • Drywall and painting

  • Carpentry

  • General building maintenance

Preferred Certifications
  • EPA Certification

  • CPO Certification
