Position Overview
The Room Attendant plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and comfort in guest rooms and assigned areas. This role requires attention to detail, discretion, and a genuine passion for luxury hospitality.
What You'll Do
Guest Room Cleaning & Presentation
  • Clean, service, and prepare guest rooms to five-star hotel standards, ensuring immaculate presentation at all times.
  • Make beds with precision and replenish linens, towels, and amenities according to brand standards.
  • Inspect rooms for cleanliness, maintenance issues, and proper functionality; promptly report defects or damages.

Guest Experience & Service
  • Respect guest privacy and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests promptly, courteously, and professionally.
  • Follow established procedures for turndown service and special guest preferences.

Safety, Standards & Teamwork
  • Ensure housekeeping equipment, carts, and storage areas are clean, organized, and well maintained.
  • Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Collaborate closely with supervisors, housekeeping team members, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

What You'll Bring
Required Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience in a luxury or five-star hotel environment preferred.

Required Skills and Abilities
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to excellence.
  • Professional appearance and courteous demeanor.
  • Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning duties including standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.
