Job description

MARKETING DIRECTOR – CLUB PILATES OF NORTH HOUSTON / TMCP FITNESS INTERNATIONAL

Location: Houston, Texas (Full-Time, In-Office)

THE OPPORTUNITY

Club Pilates of North Houston (CPNH) is one of the top-performing Club Pilates operators in the United States, with multiple studios consistently ranking among the highest in Texas and nationally. CPNH has been recognized as a 2025 Inc. 5000 award winner and a 2026 Inc. 5000 Top 100 Southwest Region honoree, reflecting its rapid growth, operational excellence, and market leadership.

TMCP Fitness International is the Master Franchisee for Club Pilates across six European countries (France, Ireland, Switzerland, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Monaco), responsible for scaling the brand internationally through franchise development, operational excellence, and brand leadership.

Together, CPNH and TMCP represent a unique platform that combines:

  • Best-in-class domestic studio operations

  • International franchise expansion

  • A mission-driven focus on changing lives through fitness

We are seeking a Marketing Director to lead brand growth, communications, and performance marketing across this integrated platform. This is a high-visibility leadership role with direct impact on:

  • Studio performance in Houston

  • Training and education platform growth

  • International brand alignment and expansion

  • Development of premium lifestyle experiences such as Vive Le Pilates

WHY THIS ROLE IS SPECIAL

  • Proven platform, not a turnaround. You are stepping into a business already performing at the top of the system, with the opportunity to elevate rather than fix.

  • Domestic scale + international expansion. Few roles offer the ability to impact both a high-performing U.S. portfolio and an actively scaling European franchise platform.

  • Build something beyond studios. From the Houston Training Center to Vive Le Pilates, this role shapes not just marketing—but experiences, education, and brand evolution.

  • Direct access to leadership and strategy. You will work closely with ownership and executive leadership, influencing decisions at both operational and strategic levels.

  • Create a world-class brand standard. Opportunity to help define and scale a premium, consistent experience across multiple markets and cultures.

  • Mission-driven growth. The focus is not just performance—it’s about changing lives, building teams, and creating opportunities for others to succeed.

ROLE OVERVIEW

Our Marketing Director will own and lead all aspects of marketing strategy, execution, and communications across a multi-unit, multi-market fitness platform. This individual must be equally strong in:

  • Oversee paid media (Meta, Google), CRM systems, and digital funnels

  • Optimize conversion across the full member journey—from lead to long-term retention

  • Establish clear KPI dashboards and performance accountability

Communications & Brand Leadership

  • Own internal and external communications across CPNH and TMCP

  • Develop consistent, elevated messaging across:

    • Studios

    • Franchise partners

    • International markets

  • Support executive-level communication, storytelling, and brand positioning

  • Ensure all touch points reflect a premium, world-class brand standard

  • Lead marketing strategy for the Houston Training Center

  • Drive instructor recruitment, program awareness, and utilization

  • Position the training center as a center of excellence for Pilates education

  • Align closely with education leadership to elevate instructor quality and pipeline

Vive Le Pilates – Signature Experience

  • Lead the marketing and growth of Vive Le Pilates, TMCP’s international travel program

  • Drive demand through compelling storytelling, targeted campaigns, and member engagement

  • Position the program as a premium lifestyle extension of the Club Pilates brand

  • Coordinate messaging across domestic studios and international markets

International Marketing Liaison

  • Partner with European marketing teams across TMCP territories

  • Ensure alignment in:

    • Brand standards

    • Campaign execution
