Job description

We are hiring a full-time optometrist for an established, OD-owned group practice located next to Visionworks in Abilene, TX. This role features a $200K student loan repayment. Both experienced doctors and new graduates are encouraged to apply.
Join a high-growth, doctor-led group with established patient volume, modern equipment, and excellent clinical support. This full-scope roles include a mix of primary eye care and ocular disease management. The clinic is equipped with Optos Monaco retinal imaging with OCT and visual fields. We use CrystalPM EHR, and patient flow averages 1-3 patients per hour and walk-ins are common.
You will be supported by experienced, positive clinical teams in a setting that values clinical autonomy and quality of care.
