Position Description:
Are you looking to make an impact by joining a growing, dynamic team supporting a large Government Agency? CGI Federal is seeking an experienced leader to join the program. Contribute to the continued growth of the program by bringing your expertise in support of program delivery, member growth and development, business development and operational excellence. You will be part of the overall leadership team and provide expertise, guidance, consultation, facilitation, and thought leadership to the client and the project team. Candidate will join a dynamic and growing team providing support and services to the client's acquisition office. Specific functions will include, but are not limited to supporting delivery operations, developing client relationships, working with team members with a diverse set of experience levels and skillsets, and helping to drive growth on the account team.
This position is located in our Fairfax, VA office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Support Momentum Procurement End Users: Provide quality client support by answering questions, identifying possible solutions to issues, documenting resolutions, and communicating guidance to end users
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, based on collaboration, trust and partnership., including in person meetings with clients at their government site in Washington D.C.
Perform In Depth Analysis: Develop your knowledge of our client's industry, organization, and business objectives. Understanding the business needs of our client, troubleshoot challenging solutions that include software issues, data issues, maintenance, and system configuration
Participate in and lead client stakeholder meetings
Proactively bringing issues and problems to the attention of the team; generating, proposing, and implementing innovative solutions to solve them.
Ensure the end to end solution is proven to deliver the required business results. Drive adoption of the designed processes and solution use with stakeholders.
Coach and mentor the junior members of the team
Contribute to account growth by identifying growth opportunities through client and partner meetings, networking and other channels.
Qualify business development opportunities and manage the opportunity through the BD cycle.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
8+ years IT Consulting Services with experience in successful project delivery and business development, and a focus on Momentum Acquisitions
Experience and success building and delivering business within the Federal Government
Experience working directly with clients and ability to lead meetings
Strong decision making, judgment and analytical skills
Client engagement management and relationship building experience.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent organizational skills; ability to juggle numerous client stakeholders, delivery and business development activities.
CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $79,600.00 $172,400.00.
