Job description

Momentum at South Bay has an opportunity for a qualified, dedicated RN to join our team as an RN MDS Assessor
Mandatory sub-acute nursing experience. MDSexperience preferred.

Requirements:
  • NYS Licensed RN with a minimum of 3 years' experience, must be a detail-oriented, highly organized, dedicated professional who is able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills a must, with the ability to follow oral and written instructions.
  • Solid computer skills required, SIGMACARE experience preferred.
  • Has a working knowledge of MDS and PPS process and able to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work hours as scheduled based on the requirements of the position assignments.

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: M-F morning shifts, Weekends as needed
Salary: $103,000 annually
