As an RN with Momentous Health, you have an opportunity to make an impact on our residents. We care for our residents as well as our staff. RN Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications and treatment

  • Maintain accuracy of patient records

  • Report and investigate incidents thoroughly and timely

  • Maintain the self-respect, personal dignity, and physical needs of each patient

  • Assist physicians during rounds

  • Provide guidance and training for aides

  • Demonstrates proficient nursing skills

Qualifications:

  • Current State License as a Registered Nurse

  • High school graduate/GED

  • Long-term care experience, good communication skills
