The Opportunity

The Molecular Account Executive is a field sales role responsible for covering the Northern California territory. This position is part of the Molecular Diagnostic Division, which sells thefull stack selling of Molecular productsto healthcare facilities, including hospitals, IDNs, reference labs, and women's health offices.

The Molecular Account Executive is a strategic sales professionalthat'shighly skilled at driving exponential growth in their territory through closing new business and expanding existing business.

  • Manage and drive the renewal process to ensure customer retention and satisfaction for non-enterprise accounts.

RequiredQualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • 4+ years of sales experience with at least 2+ years of experience in capital equipmentsales

  • Must reside in the territory. The ideal candidate would be based in San Francisco/Bay Area.

  • Valid Driver's Licenseand the ability to travel50-75% in assigned territory and other locations in the US to support business needs.

  • Proven success in strategic sales, including exceeding plans and turning around underperforming territories.

  • Experience in capital sales and/ormulti-stakeholder environments, developing and selling customized solutions to senior-level/C-suite executives.

  • Innovation and change management skills, with the ability to bringnew ideasforward and drive them through the organization.

  • Strong business planning process and attention to detail.

  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office suite of products.

  • Proficiencyin SalesForce.com Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
