Job Title: Operator - Injection Molding

Department: Manufacturing

FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt

Revision Date: 5/5/25

Reports to: Production Supervisor

Primary Purpose: Operates an injection molding machine by assembling, inspecting and packing parts that meet or exceed our customer's expectations.

Essential Functions:

· Operates injection molding machine per work instructions.

· Inspects parts per quality instructions.

· Packs parts per packing instructions.

· Assembles parts per assembly instructions.

· Completes necessary production paperwork.

· Cleans assigned work area and surrounding area.

· Performs other duties as assigned or required.

Qualifications:

· Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).

· Ability to communicate verbally, visually and in writing.

Physical Requirements: standing, bending, lifting to 30 lbs., kneeling
