Job description

Job Summary:

Responsible for performing highly diversified duties to setting, starting and troubleshooting molds for injection molding machinery.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Sets and starts molds at current standards.
  • Changes molds and inserts as needed, set and water molds per setup requirements.
  • Sets all auxiliary equipment used in place and production ready.
  • Changes tooling and set-ups on secondary equipment as needed.
  • Ensures area is clean and clear of tools, hoses and other equipment when setup is done.
  • Attention to detail is required to ensure proper material is placed in hopper; purge barrel as needed.
  • Relieves operators for rest breaks and lunches.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills/Requirements:

  • Ability to effectively analyze and successfully troubleshoot molding process.
  • Overseeing injection mold machines, troubleshooting machines.
  • Managing production workers (10-25), starting and ending runs.
  • Ability to speak in Korean is a plus but not essential.
  • Must be able to work in any shift.
  • Have an understanding of OSHA safety regulations
  • Knowledge of job application, basic math and mechanical concepts; excellent oral and written communications skills.
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently.
  • Required to sit, stand or move about the facility as required.
  • Required to frequently lift materials up to 25 pounds, occasionally lift materials up to 50 pounds and rarely lift materials over 50 pounds.
  • Required to stoop, bend, twist, kneel and squat frequently throughout the assigned shift in order to perform machine repairs.
  • Maintaining production schedules, and organizing/maintaining plant floor.
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen and a criminal background check.
  • Required to stand on feet for the majoring of the assigned shift.

Education/Training/Experience:

  • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent plus 2 years of related technical training.
  • Requires minimum of 1 or more years 사출관련 경력 1년 이상경력자 , 3년 이상 경력자 모집
  • Experience in injection molding, production, molding robots, supervising, plastics, and IMM maintenance is preferred.
