Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive maintenance and cleaning of injection molds according to daily planning and production schedules.

  • Disassemble and reassemble molds to perform detailed cleaning, lubrication, and inspection tasks.

  • Identify and troubleshoot minor mold issues that arise during cleaning or production.

  • Log all maintenance activities accurately in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), such as Maintain IT.

  • Ensure all molds are properly stored, scanned, and their location updated accurately in the system.

  • Immediately escalate any mold defects or abnormalities to the appropriate personnel for timely resolution.

  • Support Mold Repair Technicians on urgent or critical repairs as needed.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the workshop and mold warehouse.

  • Follow all safety regulations and company protocols to ensure a safe workplace environment

  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for training as needed.

  • Starting hourly rate: $28.10.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: Technical diploma or equivalent in Machines & Tools, Mechanical Technology, or related field.

  • Experience: 1-2 years hands-on experience in injection mold maintenance or related plastic injection molding environment.

  • Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of injection mold assembly and disassembly.

    • Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices and use of precision measurement instruments.

    • Experience with CMMS software (e.g., Maintain IT).

    • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Compensation

The salary for this position has a range of $28.10 - $28.10 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
