Specific Responsibilities Would Include
We are looking for a Digital Designer to bring our online brand experience to life through clean, engaging, and conversion-driven design in our Lifestyle Brands portfolio with a focus on the Dockers brand. This role will focus on supporting Dockers.com, including homepage layouts, landing pages, promotional banners, emails, UX updates, paid media, and more. The ideal candidate understands digital commerce, brand storytelling, and how to design for mobile-first experiences that drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design site assets including homepages, landing pages, category banners, and promotional graphics that align with seasonal creative and merchandising needs.
  • Support UX updates and enhancements in partnership with product and web development teams.
  • Design email campaigns in accordance with brand and marketing calendars, ensuring best-in-class mobile optimization.
  • Create visually cohesive, on-brand templates and modules for reuse across pages and devices.
  • Collaborate closely with content, merchandising, marketing, and development teams to bring creative to life within web constraints.
  • Help generate supplemental AI imagery in Weavy.ai for email and web with the direction of the Creative Director and merchandising team.
  • Manage file organization, asset handoff, and QA for all digital deliverables.

Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have
  • 5+ years of experience in digital design, preferably within an eCommerce or fashion brand environment.
  • Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, XD); experience with Capture One, Pixels is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of post-production, file organization, asset workflows, raw file processing and image optimization for print and digital.
  • Proven experience designing for web, with a portfolio showcasing strong typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • Comfortable working within brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of the customer journey and performance-driven design thinking.

Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000

Our job postings include an annual base salary range at the time of employment. The stated base salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on several factors, including the selected candidate's educational and professional experience, industry knowledge, location, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the selection process. Base salary is a part of a total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, annual bonus and other Centric Brands sponsored benefit programs.
