Job description

Our company is seeking a skilled Landscape Foreman/Driver with a passion for transforming outdoor spaces. With 3-5 years of experience in landscape and hardscape construction, the ideal candidate will be able to interpret landscape designs and bring them to life. We pride ourselves on creating award-winning spaces for our customers and are looking for a team member who shares this commitment to excellence. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of both softscape and hardscape materials, and a dedication to safety and quality.

Responsibilities
  • Interpret and execute landscape designs
  • Lead paver and modular wall block installation
  • Manage irrigation and landscape lighting systems
  • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with industry and company standards
  • Communicate daily production goals to crew members and manage them effectively
  • Ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials to job sites
  • Problem solve onsite issues
  • Provide leadership and training to crew members
  • Operate heavy equipment for loading and unloading purposes
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of landscape construction experience
  • Strong knowledge of softscape and hardscape materials
  • Experience in paver and modular wall block installation
  • Working knowledge of irrigation and landscape lighting systems
  • Ability to problem solve onsite
  • Ability to lift a minimum of fifty (50) pounds on a consistent basis
  • Valid driver's license and dependable form of transportation
  • Authorization to work in the United States
