Metal Framer – Commercial Modular Construction

Russo Modular | Full-Time | Competitive Pay + Benefits

Russo Modular is hiring experienced Metal Framers to join our growing commercial modular construction team. We manufacture high-quality modular buildings in a fast-paced production environment using precision steel framing systems and commercial construction standards.

What You’ll Do

  • Assemble and install light gauge metal framing for commercial modular buildings
  • Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and production specifications
  • Measure, cut, and fasten steel studs and track accurately
  • Work with production crews to maintain workflow and quality standards
  • Install wall panels, headers, backing, and structural components
  • Maintain a safe and organized work area

Qualifications

  • Experience with metal stud framing preferred
  • Ability to read tape measures and construction drawings
  • Familiarity with commercial construction practices
  • Experience using hand and power tools safely
  • Ability to lift materials and work on your feet throughout the shift
