Job description

Blue View Builder's mission is to make construction affordable by combining modular components, site-built construction, computer-aided construction, and green initiatives. On average, we reduce building costs by more than 15% and shorten construction timelines by months.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Superintendent who will be responsible for managing day to day modular construction sites in San Diego and Riverside Counties. This individual will oversee daily construction activities, ensure compliance with state regulations. The scope of work covers all phases of residential manufactured and modular home installation, including-but not limited to-earthworks, concrete finishing, plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, painting, carpentry, roofing, waterproofing, tiling, and related trades.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular client meetings to provide project updates.
  • Oversee daily operations of assigned construction projects, ensuring schedules and budgets are met.
  • Perform earthworks, concrete finishing, plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, painting, carpentry, roofing, waterproofing, tiling, and related trades whenever it is needed.
  • Ensure all safety, compliance, and quality regulations are strictly followed.
  • Communicate project progress effectively with clients, project managers, and company leadership.
  • Manage employees, subcontractors, and overall construction site organization.
  • Travel as needed to support project requirements across Temecula, Menifee and San Diego.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements
  • Valid California Contractor B License (General Building) is preferred, but not required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; advanced technical training preferred.
  • Strong time management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Basic budgeting knowledge and commitment to public safety.
  • Minimum 4 years of verifiable construction experience.
