  • Fabricate, weld, and modify metal components for RVs, trailers, and towing applications.
  • Install hitches, towing accessories, brake controllers, and related equipment.
  • Inspect vehicles and trailers to determine installation and fabrication requirements.
  • Discuss work requirements with shop foreman or service advisor.
  • Communicate additional service or repair recommendations to service advisor.
  • Plan work procedures in cooperation with shop foreman.
  • Provide labor time estimates to service advisor.
  • Monitor work progress and update service advisor regularly.
  • Maintain strict adherence to dealership policies, quality standards, and safety procedures.
  • Complete story and/or documentation for customer work performed.
  • Attend company and manufacturer training as required.

Requirements

  •  Welding and fabrication experience preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with problem-solving skills.
  • Experience using welding, cutting, grinding, and fabrication equipment.
