Role Description
The Modernization Supervisor is a full-time, onsite role based in Bladensburg, Maryland. The Modernization Manager leads technical staff in modernization projects, ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and meets quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise modernization tasks and assign daily work
  • Monitor project progress and timelines
  • Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
  • Mentor and train junior technicians

Qualifications

  • Some travel is required throughout Maryland, Washington D.C. and Northern Virginia areas
