As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing project lifecycles from initiation to completion, ensuring scope, budget, and timelines are met. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive successful outcomes for cloud and IT infrastructure initiatives, including the migration of systems to Microsoft GCC and GCC High environments to support federal compliance requirements. This position provides an opportunity to work on high-impact projects while contributing to ISI's commitment to delivering innovative and compliant IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of cloud migration and IT modernization projects, with a focus on GCC and GCC High environments to ensure compliance with federal security standards.
  • Manage project scope, budget, and schedules while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring efficient resource allocation and task management.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking milestones, risks, and dependencies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular status updates and addressing concerns.
  • Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project delivery, escalating critical issues as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with federal regulations and security frameworks, such as NIST SP 800-171, CMMC, and FedRAMP, as well as specific DoD and federal agency compliance requirements related to GCC and GCC High environments.
  • Oversee the implementation of cloud migration tools (e.g., AvePoint Fly Migration Tool) and IT systems, including the migration of email, SharePoint, and other services to GCC and GCC High environments.
  • Provide guidance on the deployment and management of SharePoint, Power BI, and Microsoft Office 365 within GCC and GCC High cloud environments.
  • Manage and support the transition to GCC/GCC High, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance during migration.
  • Lead project documentation efforts, including reports, governance documentation, and change management plans.
  • Support process improvements and contribute to the development of PMO best practices, particularly in secure cloud adoption and compliance management.

Minimum Requirements:
This position requires applicants to have current, interim eligibility or previous security clearance.
  • Candidates must have held or currently hold a clearance, or have documented eligibility based on a favorable background investigation.
  • Interim clearances will be accepted for consideration.
  • All clearances are encouraged to apply.
  • U.S. citizenship is required by federal regulation.

Applicants without any of the above will not be considered at this time due to contract requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, information systems, or a related field. Equivalent experience or military training will also be considered.
  • 3-5 years of experience managing IT projects, preferably in cloud migration, cybersecurity, or IT modernization.
  • Experience with Microsoft GCC and GCC High migrations, including security controls, licensing, and migration tools.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in highly regulated environments (e.g., DoD, federal agencies).
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and tools (Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with federal compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST SP 800-171, CMMC, FedRAMP).
  • Familiarity with cloud solutions, including Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Hands-on experience with SharePoint, Power BI, or Microsoft Office 365 in GCC and GCC High environments.
  • PMP, CAPM, or ITIL certifications (or willingness to obtain).
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range: $75,000-$90,000
