Manager Territory Modernization Project Operations
Your main responsibilities

Can be located at any Northwest territory office: Seattle WA / Spokane, WA / Portland, OR / Las Vegas, NV / Salt Lake City, UT / Boise, ID / Denver, CO

The Territory Project Operations Manager - Modernization (MOD) provides management of the company's operational activities and functions relating to the installation of MOD products. 
Develop and execute a business plan in support of the territory's financial and non-financial objectives and support the implementation of territory MOD operations initiatives.
   Interface with Field Superintendents and Project Managers to release material into manufacturing to be aligned with customer schedules, supply chain capacities, and manpower planning.
   Responsible for managing networking capital via appropriate asset management measures and billing procedures.
   Review and approve change notices to ensure proper cost allocation and project profitability
   Partner with the MOD sales team to facilitate the sales to operations handover for newly awarded projects as well as assist with contract scope review.
   Support Project Managers with setting up project timelines and expectations with customer as well as set a high level of customer service through communication
   Develop and maintain strong commercial relationships with key customers, GCs and influential industry consultants through personal contact and staff assignments.
   Support team of MOD-focused Project Managers and drive the team to meet required financial targets/metrics and performance KPIs.
   Advise Project Managers on the utilization and assignment of resources appropriate for project timelines and budgets that ensure quality job completion, drive installation efficiency, and maximize profitability.
   Ensure all required MOD operations meetings are effective. Lead meetings where appropriate.
   Provide expert technical knowledge for any project that needs additional oversight or intervention. Review ongoing project work with the operational team to ensure that projects close-out at the required efficiency and profitability levels avoiding overruns.
   Ensure team organizes and handles proper inspection and turnover process at project conclusion.

Base Salary: Seattle: $142,800-$178,.600
Spokane, Portland, Las Vegas, Salt Lake City, Denver: $128,700-$160,900

The above represents the typical salary range for this position. Revisions to the range may be considered based on your experience, education, location, demonstrated skills, and alignment with business priorities. Please note that the compensation listed reflects only base salary and does not include commissions or longer-term incentives.

 
What you bring

Education:
   BA/BS Business / Management / Engineering or related field strongly preferred.
   Possess overall knowledge of product and product application; ability to understand financial statements; legal awareness to contract terms and conditions.

Work Experience:
   5-7 years in various assignments within the Company, in the Elevator industry, or in another service-oriented business.
   Experience managing a P&L for an industrial company strongly preferred. 

Additional:
   Up to 50% travel within the territory will be required.
   Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
   Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
