Qualifications
Basic

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
At least 7 years of Information technology experience

Preferred

At least 5 years of experience in Project Management from Delivery & support in Service operations.
At least 5 years of experience Incident Management, Resolving Service Requests, Environment Monitoring, Building Knowledge Repository
Experience in working with dependent/ external teams for new requests
Operations improvement by defining telemetry standards, continuous improvement capability through reduction in ticket volumes and productivity loss.
Reporting ticket trends for effective Project management
Should be able to mentor team members and unblock team on technical issues
Should own and strive to achieve team's productivity and delivery timelines
Experience in Agile working Methodology.
Experience in estimating effort using any of the standard estimation techniques.
Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
