Role:
Project Management - Follow Tollgate process, document and manage timelines, cost and support for all the Service shop activities.
Coordination with software development teams.
Documentation, Communication, follow agile Process, Review user stories, work with software development teams, perform UAT with end users and validate them in production environment.
Meetings:
• Program Planning calls on priorities, project/program status
• Requirement gathering w/end users for enhancements &/or modernization project
• Sprint Planning and Backlog Grooming sessions to decide on the sprint stories
• Daily Stand-Up meeting to coordinate development and testing
• Demo and retrospective meetings to discuss on development status, issues and improvement plans
• Update / on-track calls with the key personnel.
Good verbal and written communication skills. _Key Responsibilities-- Good in Agile processes
Experience in railway domain would be an advantage. _What are the Mandatory skills and skill proficiencies required for this position? -- Good in Agile processes
Experience in Rail or transportation or Systems or Hardware devices is required. (Either one of them is must to have)
