Mission Objectives : AROWS is a CAC-enabled, web-based information system of record that automates military orders processing under Title 10 USC, Title 32 USC, and the Joint Travel Regulation for 120,000+ ANG service members across 90 GSUs. The AROWS Project Manager is the dedicated project support lead responsible for day-to-day AROWS operations, Tier 1 Help Desk oversight, change management, knowledge management, and training delivery for the AROWS user community. Position Responsibility Summary: Serve as the dedicated AROWS project support lead ensuring consistent operations across the ANGRC and 90 GSUs Act as the technical and administrative point of contact for all AROWS functional aspects Oversee Tier 1 Help Desk operations; serve as Tier 2 liaison and escalation point to developers Manage 200,000+ AROWS user accounts including provisioning, role assignment, IA certificate validation, and periodic audits/purges Facilitate Change Control Board meetings, JAD sessions, and Functional Requirements Reviews with ANGRC, Wing-level SMEs, AROWS PMO, and System Interface Partners Establish and manage Release and Deployment procedures for major, incremental, and emergency changes Maintain AROWS SharePoint site for knowledge management, program guidance, and user communications Develop and deliver training curriculums and Job Aids; provide off-site training at Government request Execute Ad Hoc SQL queries using the AROWS Data Analytics Module Coordinate AROWS-related taskings among ANG Directorates, functional areas, and third-party support personnel Maintain and support execution of interface agreements (MilPDS, DEAMS, DMO, RTS, AF-IPPS, M4S, DTS) Support ICAM/SailPoint automated account provisioning Track AROWS modernization efforts and support COOP procedure development Support flexible scheduling including ANG drill weekends and evenings .
