Modern Maintenance, Inc. is hiring housekeepers in a professional setting.

Wage: $15/hr. + $250 Sign-On Bonus after 120 days of employment

Shift:

Responsibilities:

  • Empty trash containers
  • Clean bathrooms
  • Vacuum all carpeted floors
  • Dust, mop, and sweep hard floors
  • Dust all horizontal surfaces high and low
  • Remove fingerprints and marks from glass and stainless-steel surfaces
  • Maintain the cleanliness of closets and storage areas
  • Notify supervisor of any problems
  • Perform other janitorial duties as required

Physical and Other Requirements

  • Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
  • Professional and well-groomed appearance
  • Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to stand/walk for the entirety of the shift
