• Conduct thorough and compassionate assessments to determine clients' mental health needs, formulate precise clinical diagnoses, and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Administer individual therapy sessions, group therapy, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other relevant methodologies that align with client goals.
• Provide critical crisis intervention services to clients facing acute mental health crises, ensuring immediate care and support is delivered effectively.
• Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements, including progress notes and treatment documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams consisting of psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans that address all aspects of a client’s well-being.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, while tirelessly advocating for their rights and needs.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, training sessions, and conferences to stay informed of emerging best practices in mental health therapy.

Your work will involve a diverse client population, ranging from adolescents to adults, each facing unique mental health challenges. You will provide compassionate support for issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflicts, and life transitions. • Valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in Tennessee (LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, LCSW).

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
