You can expect to collaborate with stylists, makeup artists, and art directors to achieve the desired look and mood for the shoot. The pace can be fast, requiring you to quickly adapt to different outfits, settings, and instructions. Attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to maintain energy throughout the day are key for success. Working on set also provides valuable networking opportunities with industry professionals that can lead to future assignments.
Role Summary
We're looking for a Production intern to support photo shoots end-to-end, from pre-production logistics to on-set assistance to light creative direction for both Retrofete and Seroya, and to help build out decks and reference materials using both traditional and AI-assisted tools. This is a great fit for someone early in their career who has a good eye, is organized, and is comfortable picking up new software quickly. This person will report and work closely with the Art Director
