- Leads the evaluation and adoption of emerging creative tools and platforms, including AI-powered content creation, design automation, and workflow optimization solutions
- Supports the democratization of design through user-friendly templates, self-service tools, and enterprise platforms that empower teams while preserving governance and brand standards
- Champions the responsible use of AI and creative technologies to increase speed-to-market while maintaining quality, compliance, and brand integrity
- Collaborates with agency partners, freelancers, printers, production vendors, photographers, and videographers to deliver high-quality creative solutions on time and within budget

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field
- 7-10+ years of progressive experience in creative services, brand management, marketing design, or creative leadership
- Proven experience developing and managing corporate brands, visual identity systems, and integrated marketing campaigns
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand strategy, art direction, digital design, campaign development, and experiential marketing
- Experience supporting complex, multi-brand organizations and diverse business audiences
- Demonstrated success building scalable creative systems, processes, and governance models
- Experience leveraging creative technologies, including Canva Enterprise, Adobe Creative Cloud, and AI-driven creative tools
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Healthcare, pharmacy, senior care, or B2B marketing experience preferred
