The role is responsible for delivering, and where possible exceeding the clients expectations across the following areas of responsibility within a large, multidisciplinary program delivery team: Managing IPD Best Practices to be incorporated in Management of Contracts Engage all key Stakeholders on Contract Transformation under the PDP / IPDT Model Managing IPD Practices that are part of Procedures, Processes and Training in the management of Contracts Managing the change in model and structure related to Planning and Schedule Management among the PDP Commercial Team and Vendor Community Support the review to existing Planning & Schedule processes and procedures, and update based on IPDT Model Best Practices.

Ensure updated processes align across GOE Program and achieve Best for Program decision making Support the development and implementation Program-wide project requirements that the projects must comply with for Planning & Scheduling to improve consistency and support the Program delivery approach including aligning and enhancing the current Project Procedures Support the development and deployment a Program Contingency Management Process Manage Planning & Schedule Management IPDT Procedures, systems and toolsets for the Program Management of contracts across the GO Expansion Program. Support a Program-wide view of Planning & Schedule considerations, assure consistency of approach Support projects and their supply chains to deliver efficiently and effectively. Take a Program approach to removing consistent causes of cost and schedule overrun.

Share best practice and lessons learned across the Program Manage consistency of delivery approach - Standardizing Program and project procedures ensuring integration and compliance with statutory and client requirements Manage and provide for "Best for Program" decision making by creating the capability of consistent and real time reporting linked to the Program Control Centre to establish decision making capability, which is joined up, knowledge led and aligned to Program level outcomes and objectives.
