What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in the model manager position, and why are they important?

Model Managers need a solid understanding of talent management, contract negotiation, branding, and the fashion or entertainment industry—often supported by a background in business, communications, or marketing. They should be proficient in using digital portfolio management platforms, scheduling tools, and industry-standard CRM (customer relationship management) systems.
