Insight Global is hiring for an AI Model Manager with a strong focus on data modeling and applied AI. This role supports the development, evaluation, and optimization of AI solutions, with an emphasis on model performance, validation, and real-world implementation.


This position is ideal for a hands-on technical individual with experience working directly with AI models, including large language models (LLMs), in applied environments. The focus is on ensuring models are accurate, scalable, and effective through testing, validation, and continuous improvement.


Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead hands-on AI and data model validation, testing, and performance evaluation (including LLMs)

• Analyze model outputs and behavior to ensure accuracy and real-world effectiveness

• Design and implement model testing, validation, and monitoring frameworks

• Support data modeling efforts to improve model inputs and overall performance

• Partner with AI engineering and data teams on end-to-end development and deployment

• Drive improvements in model reliability, scalability, and efficiency


Must Have Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with AI modeling, validation, and evaluation (including LLMs)

• Strong understanding of data modeling and its impact on AI performance

• Experience working in applied AI environments with engineering or data teams

• Knowledge of model behavior, tuning, and common failure points

• Experience building or using testing and evaluation frameworks

• Strong technical mindset and ability to work in evolving environments


Nice to Have:

• Experience with model optimization or performance tuning techniques

• Exposure to cross-functional or consulting-style projects

• Understanding of scalable AI systems and deployment considerations
