Job Title: Revit Model Manager
Position Location: Greater Boston, MA (South of Boston)
Approx. Length of Position: Temp-to-hire
Degree Required:  Bachelors or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or relevant experience with Revit workflow management
Our client is seeking a Revit Model Manager to support its established Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) team on a large-scale cGMP life sciences project. Working alongside the VDC team, this individual will be responsible for managing Revit models, maintaining project documentation, supporting multidisciplinary coordination, and ensuring project teams have access to accurate, up-to-date model information. This role serves as a trusted technical resource for Project Managers, Superintendents, design consultants, and trade partners, helping maintain model integrity throughout the construction process.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the VDC team in managing Revit/BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain model quality, version control, and overall model health.
  • Ensure Revit models, views, sheets, and project documentation remain current, accurate, and coordinated.
  • Manage trade partner model uploads and monitor coordination progress.
  • Assist with multidisciplinary BIM coordination involving architectural, structural, MEP, and process piping systems.
  • Collaborate with approximately 50 project stakeholders, including personnel and trade partner modeling teams.
  • Prepare agendas and participate in BIM/VDC coordination meetings while tracking action items and model updates.
  • Support Project Managers and Superintendents as a technical BIM resource.
  • Utilize Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Forma, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) to support project coordination.
  • Incorporate LiDAR scans into coordinated models for quality control and as-built documentation.
  • Assist in preparing coordinated as-built models and digital turnover packages.

Required Qualifications:
  • 3–5+ years of professional experience in Revit, BIM, VDC, construction technology within commercial construction.
  • Strong knowledge of Revit workflows, BIM coordination, model management, and project documentation.
  • Experience working with large multidisciplinary Revit models.
  • Understanding of commercial construction methods and building systems.
  • Experience coordinating architectural, structural, and MEP systems; cGMP, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences project experience is a plus.
  • Highly organized with excellent communication skills and the confidence to collaborate effectively with project teams and trade partners

Technical / Software skills:
  • High Level of Proficiency with Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Forma, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), and BIM 360.
  • Familiarity with LiDAR scanning and point cloud integration is preferred.
