AM Front of House (FOH) Shift Lead - Chick-fil-A Glenwood Place

Chick-fil-A Glenwood Place is looking for an energetic and dependable AM Front of House (FOH) Shift Lead to help oversee our guest-facing operations. As a Shift Lead, you will play a vital role in ensuring excellent guest experiences, leading a team with positivity, and keeping operations running smoothly during your shift.

Pay Range: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Shift Availability: 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM (must have full availability for one of these shifts)

Important: All applicants must submit a resume to be considered for leadership positions.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead FOH team members during assigned shifts to ensure smooth, efficient operations
  • Deliver and model exceptional guest service with speed, accuracy, and hospitality
  • Train, coach, and develop team members to reach their full potential
  • Communicate effectively with BOH and Drive-Thru teams for seamless service
  • Support opening or closing responsibilities as scheduled
  • Monitor guest satisfaction, dining room cleanliness, and service quality
