What you’ll do

  • Greet valet guests and offer assistance, including opening vehicle doors, carrying and lifting luggage, and providing directions and general information about the facility. 
  • Inform guests of valet rates and services provided and issue claim checks.  
  • inspect arriving vehicles in a professional, courteous, and confident manner. 
  • Arrive at work every scheduled day on time and in a neat and clean uniform.
  • Monitor the valet entrance for any suspicious activity.
  • Report any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of Company policy, safety hazards, or any unusual occurrence to Supervisors.
  • Communicate with drivers, co-workers, and supervisors.
  • Clean and maintain the surrounding work area.
  • Help relocate vehicles as needed to ensure that traffic lanes remain clear.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.

What you need  

  • A valid state driver’s license, current address, and acceptable driving record.  
  • The ability to safely drive a vehicle with a manual transmission (stick shift) is a plus.
  • Availability to work special shifts if needed (2nd, 3rd shift and/or weekends).
  • Proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S. (must provide valid documentation if hired).
  • The ability to provide accurate information to customers and co-workers and respond professionally to customer problems or complaints.
  • The ability to read, write, add, and subtract US currency and comprehend instructions, short emails, and memos.
  • The ability to follow written and verbal instructions and calmly adapt to changes, delays, and unexpected events while working.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; talk and listen. Employees are regularly exposed to outside weather conditions, including cold and extreme heat.

  • Employees work in and around potentially dangerous traffic situations and are always to be safety conscious. Employees are regularly exposed to high levels of noise and/or fumes from vehicles. Employees, on occasion, must lift/move up to 50 lbs.

Salary Range:  $16.00 per hour

Benefits:  Eligible employees will participate in the various benefits plans including medical, dental, vision,  flexible spending accounts, long/short term disability, life insurance, accident insurance, 401k and paid time off.
