No previous real estate experience is required-we offer the training, tools, and support to help you thrive! As an Executive Sales Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting sales operations across multiple communities while gaining hands-on experience in the new home sales industry. What You'll Do

  • Provide coverage and support across multiple model homes and communities based on business needs.
  • Assist Sales Directors and Sales Consultants with daily operational needs, including customer follow-up, marketing support, community events, backlog updates, reporting, and administrative tasks.
  • Support and collaborate with other Executive Sales Assistants through team coordination, 1:1 meetings, and ongoing support to help drive success across communities.
  • Assist with new model home launches, filming opportunities, signage placement, and ensuring communities are prepared for customer visits.
  • Support the customer experience by greeting visitors, assisting with show home tours, and connecting guests with the appropriate Sales Consultant.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering calls, managing emails, generating reports, preparing documents, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Track and log visitor activity, collecting guest information and feedback to support follow-up and sales insights.
  • Assist with marketing efforts, including social media support, community events, flyer distribution, GEM events, and signage placement.
  • Maintain professional and welcoming model homes, ensuring they are clean, organized, and ready for customer experiences at all times.

What We're Looking For

  • Availability: Must work onsite; weekends required (Sundays off, plus one weekday off). 
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative, customer-facing, or professional setting is a plus, not a requirement.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, relationship-building, and adaptability. Strong attention to detail and excellent time management - staying organized keeps everything running smoothly.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in utilizing (Specific tech tools, i.e. CRM, Microsoft, Google Suites, Canva).
  • Education: High school diploma is required; some college coursework is preferred.
  • Other: Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and liability insurance on your vehicle.

What You'll Earn

  • This is a full-time job, with an hourly pay of $22.
